HA & HA was established in 1961 by patent attorney Sang Gu HA (1919-2007).
Mr. HA served as the director of the Korean Patent Bureau (currently, the Korean Intellectual Property Office), a chief presiding administrative judge and the 11th president of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association. Also, he contributed to development of Korean Patent Law system and Korean intellectual property rights at the early stage and dedicated to introducing Korean IP laws abroad by delivering a number of lectures and participating in a number of activities.
